cable assemblies with either Attachable ® or Overmolded heads, from the factory.

THE ATTACHABLE® PLUG FAMILY INCLUDES:
THE GRABBER CONTACT® PLUG / Portable Receptacle
The “standard” for over 10 years. The service proven Grabber Contact Attachable®
plug has watertight, (IP068) molded-in contacts that are finger proof (UL1977)
(EN1175) (VL1950) with extra safety insulation. The plug has been designed to
assure consistent contact even on worn pins and under heavy loads commonly
encountered on the ramp. Listed on QPL for AS7974D
Now available with EcoNose, Temperature Sensing and Euro Contact.
THE ATTACHABLE POWER NOSE® PLUG-RUBBER The Attachable Power
Nose® (APN) is designed to be the quickest assembly and lowest overall
service cost in the industry. The modular construction allows easy replacement of
worn components (contacts, nose, back end) for extended service life and quick
repair. The body and nose are molded from Anderson’s highly abrasion resistant
proprietary synthetic elastomer. Available with EcoNose, Temperature Sensing and
Euro Contacts.
THE ATTACHABLE POWER NOSE® WITH SWITCHES, LEDs – Ionomer Plastic
The newest Attachable Power Nose® (APN) for Composite or single conductors
has integral O-ring seals that eliminate the need for potting. The super tough clam
shells have high impact strength and great wear resistance. Waterproof switches;
LEDs,EcoNose, Microswitch Sensing, Single Piece Contact and Euro Contact are
available.
THE 4 OR 6 WIRE DC PLUGS
These plugs are designed to accommodate two wires per leg with optional
sensing leads and switches. The plugs allow extra long cable assemblies at
high current without excess voltage drop. Optional crimp lugs make
assembly easier.
THE REPLACEABLE CONTACT PLUG
The original Attachable® with replaceable contacts (power only) has been in service
for twenty five plus years. Worn power contacts can be replaced on AC plug.
270 DC PLUG
Plugs and cable assemblies are designed for 270V DC applications in Attachable®
and Overmolded versions with replaceable Wear Nose®. Also used in Fast Charge
applications.
80V FAST CHARGE: B1B 230/400V AC
Plugs are designed for 80V DC 150A fast charge application. B1B Military Plug
profile for for 230/400V 400A application.
